Refund policy

Shipping

Our products are handcrafted, there fore in addition to the following shipping days kindly allow us an extra 48 hours to handcraft and package your order, with care.

Greece: 10 Euros (1-2 working days)

Europe: 30 Euros (3-5 working days)

 

Returns 

 Your right to cancel/return an order starts when the order is placed and ends 14 calendar days after you have received your goods. You must either ensure that the goods are received by us within this 14 day period or notify us in writing, or email us at vmoncreations@gmail.com  If you have notified us of the intent to return goods within this 14 day period, you have a further 14 days from the date of cancellation to return any items. Returns arriving after this 14-day period may or may not be accepted at our discretion.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  Where provided, any branded packaging such as dust bags,  tags should be included in your return.

 

You will need to include a receipt or proof of purchase, and your returns form inside the package when you return it to us. Any returns without a returns form will not be accepted.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at vmoncreations@gmail.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at vmoncreations@gmail.com and send your item to: 7 DAFNIS STREET, 15452 Athens, Greece.

 

Faulty Items and Returns

We offer a complimentary repair service for 6 months from the day you purchased if we define that the problem with the product has occurred not from ill-usage but with a fault either with production or with an element of the production and assembly process. Please email images of your product, including detailed images of the damaged area to vmoncreations@gmail.com . Shipping and customs charges for returning the product will not be covered by V-MON.

Items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

If you have had a product for more than 6 months that requires a repair please follow the same process. We will then assess the work that is required and provide you with a quote and information on how to proceed.

Please note that we will require valid proof of purchase before we proceed with any repair.


Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We recommend consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
